In Warranty Units:
If the items have been tampered with or components are modified, warranty expires immediately. Vox Power reserves the right to charge for products repaired out of warranty and for any NFF (No Fault Found) returns. In such cases customers will be informed of any charges prior to performing any repairs.

Important: The product should be labelled with the original label, which includes Part Number and Serial Number. If this information is missing, we cannot process the RMA.

Repair of goods under warranty are free of charge. Vox Power may consolidate repaired product with other open orders scheduled for shipment. If no open orders are scheduled for delivery within a reasonable timeframe, repaired product under warranty will be sent freight prepaid.
