In Warranty
Repair of goods under warranty are free of charge. If the items have been tampered with or components are modified, warranty expires immediately.

Out of Warranty
Vox Power charge for products repaired out of warranty. A minimum charge of $75 will apply to all out of warranty products. Please note that this minimum charge may be higher depending on the extent of the repairs required. In such cases customers will be informed of any charges prior to performing any repairs. Customers will be responsible for all freight charges for such out of warranty repairs.

No Fault Found
Vox Power reserves the right to charge for any NFF (No Fault Found) returns. Customers are responsible for all freight charges of such NFF returns. As a minimum check, please power up the faulty unit/s prior to submitting the RMA.

Important
The product should be labelled with the original label, which includes Part Number and Serial Number. If this information is missing, we cannot process the RMA.

Vox Power may consolidate repaired product with other open orders scheduled for shipment. If no open orders are scheduled for delivery within a reasonable timeframe, repaired product under warranty will be sent freight prepaid.
