1.1 This is the Privacy Policy of Vox Power Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 419018, which is referred to as “the Company”, “us” or “we” throughout this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy provides details of the way in which we process personal data collected through our website https://www.vox-power.com/ (the “Site”) in line with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 (Data Protection Law).

1.3 Your use of the Site, and any disclosure of personal data via the Site, signifies that you have read, understood and accepted this Privacy Policy. 2.1 This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and include your title, name, surname, gender, email address and contact details. We may also from time to time collect data such as your preferences and interests and other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

6. Sale of Business
